What you can count on with every order
We're a small operation — which means you get real attention, not automated responses. Here's what every order includes.
Factory Paint-Code Matched
We use your vehicle's factory paint code to mix your color. Results vary based on vehicle age, UV exposure, and prior repairs — we'll always be upfront about that.
Fitment Checked Before We Paint
We verify your vehicle details before the part goes into production. If something doesn't look right, we contact you first.
Multi-Stage Finish Process
Surface prep, primer, base coat, UV-resistant clear coat. Every part is inspected for coverage and finish quality before packaging.
Tracked Nationwide Shipping
We ship to any address in the continental U.S. You get a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Real Support — Not a Chatbot
Questions about fitment or your order? Contact us directly. We respond within 1–2 business days — real answers from real people.

SSL encryption on every transaction. We accept Shopify Payments, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover.
We're building our reputation one order at a time. If anything falls short, contact us and we'll make it right.
Not sure where your paint code is?
Your paint code is a 3–7 character label on a sticker somewhere on your vehicle. We need it to mix your exact factory color.
Driver-Side Door Jamb
Most common location. Open the door and look at the metal frame it closes against — find a sticker with the words "Color," "PNT," or "BC/CC."
Under the Hood
Check the firewall, inner fender well, or radiator support for a white or silver build data sticker. Common on GM, Ford, and Chrysler vehicles.
Trunk or Spare Tire Area
Some older vehicles place the paint code sticker inside the trunk lid or near the spare tire. Look for a label alongside other vehicle specs.
Owner's Manual or Glove Box
Some manufacturers include paint code information in the owner's manual or on a vehicle spec card stored in the glove compartment.
Send us your VIN and a photo of your door jamb label. We'll help verify the correct code before production begins.
Quick answers before you order
How do I find my paint code?
Check the driver-side door jamb first — it's the metal frame the door closes against. Look for a sticker with the words "Color," "PNT," or "BC/CC." Your code is typically 3–7 characters (e.g. WA8555 for GM, UG0 for Toyota, NH-883P for Honda).
If it's not there, check under the hood or inside the trunk lid. Our paint code guide shows exact locations for 20+ makes.
How long does it take?
Most orders are painted and shipped within 3–5 business days after we confirm fitment and paint code. Delivery across the continental U.S. adds another 3–5 business days depending on part size and your location.
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Will the paint color match my vehicle exactly?
We paint to your factory paint code, which gives us the correct starting formula. Most customers find the color very close to their existing panels.
A perfect visual match cannot be guaranteed. Vehicle age, sun exposure, prior repairs, and paint batch variation all affect how colors look side by side — this applies to all painted replacement parts, including OEM dealer-sourced ones. See our paint match notice for full details.
Are the parts OEM or aftermarket?
Aftermarket replacement panels — manufactured to match the fitment and dimensions of the original, but not made by or for the vehicle manufacturer. Aftermarket panels are a standard option in the collision repair industry. We inspect every part before painting.
Can I install the part myself?
Yes — bumper covers, fenders, mirror covers, and spoilers are among the most common DIY installs and typically require only basic hand tools. We recommend watching a vehicle-specific video before you start.
If you'd rather not do it yourself, any local body shop or independent technician can handle the install at their standard rate.
What if my part arrives damaged?
Inspect the packaging before you sign for delivery. If the exterior is damaged, note it on the carrier's receipt and take photos before opening the box.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. Do not install the part before reaching out. See our damaged shipment page for the full process.
